Why I Hate January

I really do hate January sometimes because ever since we had kids it is a month of sickness.  I swear!  Poor L's birthday is January 14th and every year I cringe thinking about his birthday party and all the germs that will wreak havoc among the children lol;)  Let's see:

January 2008:  L is born.  Six days later we return to the hospital because he has a viral infection.

January 2009:  L has rotavirus which he proceeds to share with the entire family.  I seriously consider that I may die from this illness.

January 2010:  The year of the ear infections!  From January until probably May L keeps an ear infection and finally ends up with tubes.

January 2011:  Even though we all got the flu shot L gets Type B flu.

January 2012:  Lawson gets strep for the first time.  Oh yeah and we have a newborn baby in the house;)

January 2013:  I don't know what it is EXACTLY but L threw up this morning.  Three times.  I may scream.

So you can see why I'm a little leery every year when January rolls around!!!  It kind of makes me want to stay in the house and never leave.

I have a FUN post coming all about the Little Missy's First Birthday Party!!  But first I need to get all the pictures off my camera.  You know from the party...and Christmas...and New Year's...I'm a little behind ok?
