I renamed one of my boards on Pinterest. Until recently it was "After Baby Body." I have since renamed it "Hot Body Homework" lol! I decided its definitely been too long since the Little Missy was actually born sooo the first title was no longer applicable. I'm want to try lots of new things in my quest to get fit. I figure this way I won't get so bored.
Last week this is what I did. All workouts were from my board on Pinterest:
Monday: Elliptical (booty buster workout) at the gym
Tuesday: Beginner's Crossfit workout
Wednesday: Jillian Michael's standing abs
Thursday: Rested...sort of. Left the house at 7 am and didn't get back home until 8 pm.
Friday: Arms workout (tone your arms in 7 days or something like that)
Sunday: Made a SAD attempt at the Brazilian Butt workout lol. I admit I didn't make it past the first circuit before I gave up! Mostly b/c my balance sucks.
I haven't done as well this week. But I'm going to the gym tonight and I'm going to do another elliptical workout. Probably a total body workout since I didn't workout Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday this week.
